These days when I get my siesta, I am just furious when local candidates with their loud jingles playing roam around the subdivision where we live. This is just frustrating esp when I try to get a lil more sleep. With the summer heat (I heard we are doing 35 deg C) and all the noise pollution they put up, its easy to feel helpless.
On the bigger picture, we got the following characters running for the Senate (who I heard from my papa – are the ones responsible for crafting laws??). We got an action star, a dramatic actor, a whistleblower, a comedian and what else, a bunch of traditional has beens.
Don’t be surprised now at the long lines in other countries’ embassies. I can see why mama and papa too are starting to make plans too of heading out.
I am blogging now somehow to let the world know how a kid like me feel about our future.
I am leaving this post open ended – hope is ever present.
